My go to in Helsinki!
Absolutely everything! The location, the amazing staff (honestly, the most helpful attentive and reassuring staff I’ve ever encountered in my 20yrs spent travelling). Decently priced for the standard and also great amenities. This was my second stay in my four week trip and I will be back and won’t stay anywhere else now. I hope this hotel is still operating and existing during my next visit as I will be back!

The place is near the train station, it is friendly to people who has a lot luggage, convenient with around shops

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel
I must say I didn't expect the room to be big, even though we booked a family room. I could even open all my 3 large suitcases on the floor when I did the packing before we checked out. It is unfair to rate the breakfast as this is the last hotel we stayed for our 15-day trip. The spreads for BF are the same as the same hotel, and we already lost interest in the same old item. The location location location... please do not need to take a taxi from the airport.. the railway station is just right opposite the hotel. The tram station is right outside too about 5 mins walk. There is a 24-hour supermarket right below the building, but pls ask for directions from reception.
The toilet is abit old, the extra bed needs to be more comfortable.

Don’t stay anywhere else!
Location is fantastic, nice and quiet, amazing views, cosy atmosphere, safe and above all else, the staff!! They are incredible, I cannot thank each and everyone enough. I contacted the hotel a bit before my stay to ensure what I was booking had the view I like, with a balcony room. Whilst understanding it’s based on availability, I was looked after and taken care of. Staff make or break a business, and the staff definitely made this my favourite trip to Finland (I’ve been 7 times before). I want somewhere that felt like home, somewhere comfortable and somewhere I can always return to and I finally found my go to hotel. I will be back!! Thank you to every staff member who corresponded and looked after my stay, I’m forever grateful!
